Wonderful Visit

Thanks again to Chris and my parents for coming to visit and care for us! We miss you all already and are thankful for the lasting memories made!

Juliette's new faces and interest

Juliette started copying blowing her nose and it is so funny. She also loves to get into everything as seen from the pictures. Keeping the house clean at the moment is impossible but she is so cute that it doesn't seem to matter too much!

Weekend away

John and I spend two day and one night away from the kids and had a wonderful time! Thanks mom and dad! My only regret is that we didn't go for two nights:) We hadn't left Juliette overnight before and she did fantastic! So relaxing and wonderful! We went on a great hike and John did a 6 mile run in the snow! Lots of fun and only and hour and half from Seattle!

December Post

I pretty much missed keeping you up to date in Dec.
The big highlights included:
-Getting a Christmas Tree
-Going to Snowflake Lane (a free sidewalk parade in Bellevue, WA)
-Katie's parents and brother, Chris, arriving in Seattle for 3plus weeks!
-Luca's school Christmas Party
-John and Katie both taking some time off work (besides Christmas Eve and Day)
-Finding snow and going sledding- three times!
-Celebrating Christmas on the 26th with delicious cheese fondue
-Chris, Dad, and Luca going to the top of the space needle
-Going to see the Hobbit (I have to admit I had my eyes closed some of the movie)
-Touring the Asian Grocery Store and seeing the live crab and fish. Buying and making salmon and a special Chinese root veg.
-Haitian party at Brooke and Mari's house
-Two day get away for John and I-Plus lots of dates in these weeks!
-Chris checking out some hospitals out in the Northwest
-Lunch and shopping with the girls (mom and Juliette:)
-Tearful good-byes from everyone!
