Juliette

Here is the 13 month cutie. "helping" with laundry and reading her favorite book, from Cozy. She loves to make animal sounds, mew-mew for cat and woof- woof for dog. She usually adds a roar and growl too. Not sure what that is about but is funny. She has a lot of opinions about everything and is voicing them very strongly these days.

Lynx kids

My brother, Chris, got Luca a lynx stuffed animal for Christmas. Both the kids love it and in the bath the other day I spiked up Juliette's hair. I said, "look Luca" and he said, "she looks like a baby lynx!" "Can you make me a lynx too?" Here are my two little lynxs having fun in the bath.

A new era!

John researched and then found the Double Jogger he wanted on craigslist for $30! He took the kids on their first 4 mile run in it this afternoon. The four mile loop is hilly and I got to sit in the sun with friends next door, while he ran. Best $30 spent. Pushing the double jogger is some hard core training! I am impressed with my husband!!!

The climber

Juliette is quite a climber and John took of picture of her doing this: She hung like that while she watched a show with Luca. Know wonder I am so tired.

Grandpa Walker

Grandpa Walker came to visit this last weekend! Luca was excited all weekend long. We went to the swimming pool, played games, read books, and Grandpa did his special magic tricks. He brought us all chocolate and made some of it "disappear" and come out Luca's ear. Hilarious! Luca wanted to know how he did that! 
Juliette was sick all weekend with a fever so she wasn't quite herself but she is on antibiotics for the double ear infection and is doing much better now. Thanks for coming out to Seattle, Grandpa!
